Terms of Service

Hello, thank you for considering me for a commission! Please read these terms thoroughly before commissioning me. If you have any questions regarding these terms, then please ask for clarifications.You must be 18 years or older to commission me.Available slots & deadlines• I do not work strict deadlines, as life and work-related factors may affect the time it takes to complete a commission.
• I will communicate any potential delays that occur.
• I will be limiting myself on available slots. More slots will open only after the first filled slots are completed. However, slot availability can vary if there are large commissions of multiple stickers or emotes.
• Available slots are filled on a first-come first-served basis.
• Emote and Sticker slots will be limited to a set of 5-6 emotes/stickers at a time. I will work on additional emotes/stickers only after the first set is completed.Payment process• Payments will be processed via Paypal invoice, unless the product has been listed as a commission on Ko-fi.
• I am only accepting payments in USD.
• Payments are to be received after the sketch phase and approval. I will not work further on a piece until after payment.
• If for any reason you can’t pay me once the initial sketch is completed, I can hold on to your sketch until you are able.
• Partial refunds are only available during early sketching and line art phases (Paypal only)
• Refunds are not available once I have begun the coloring and detailing phases.
• I will only be working with visual (SFW) references only, not descriptions.Changes, WIPS, & Progress Updates• Revisions are welcomed during the sketch phase or line art phase. Once I have begun coloring and detailing, major changes may require an additional fee.
• As I progress with your commission, I will send occasional progress updates.
• Each progress updates will include a request for feedback to ensure the piece aligns with your vision. I work directly from your visual references and the guidance you share with me, so please do not hesitate to communicate any adjustments that you would like or suggestions you have. Clear communication is very important to help ensure the final piece is what you hoped for!
• Please allow up to 48 hours for any responses to any inquiries you may have. I will do my best to provide timely responses and proper communication, but unexpected delays may occur.Content• I will not do NSFW commissions.
• I will not do commissions featuring fetishistic or extreme themes.
• At this time, I will only be accepting commissions for dragons (this includes wyverns, Eastern dragons, etc...). I will update my terms accordingly when this changes.Sharing & crediting• You may share my work freely so long as proper credit is given. Always credit me no matter where you choose to share.
• I reserve the right to share any commissioned art or use it for promotional material
• If you aren’t sure where or how to credit me, I can give you a current list of socials that I can be found at.
My signature must remain clearly intact and visible.
• You are not permitted to alter the final piece.
• You may not use my art for AI training or any AI-related purposes
• You are not permitted to sell my art as an NFT or use it for any NFT-related purposes.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Colored Sketch: USD 25-30.00 (per character)
A flat colored sketch with a plain colored or gradient background, simple patterns can be included in the background. Can be full or half-body.Emotes: USD 15.00
250x250 emotes, focus will be primarily on face and expression. Claws may be included. One character per emote only.Stickers: USD 25.00
320x320 stickers, no additional cost for YCHsIcons: USD 35.00

That includes (but is not limited to) :
- More than four colors (not counting lighter and darker shades of the same color. Ex. Light purple and dark purple)
- Multiple wings
- Multiple different designs or patterns on a single character
- Detailed clothing or armor
